Prepare to have your tastebuds blown away at Vedge. From the house made non alcoholic drinks to the starters, mains, and dessert, this is the best vegan restaurant I have ever enjoyed. The charcoal roasted Florentino pho was reminiscent of the scene in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory where you get the tastes of a whole meal in one bite. The pho broth reminded me of biting into mu shu vegetables with hoisin in a hot rice paper wrapper. The tan tan noodles had just the right spark of heat in a unique sesame sauce. But really, the dessert of pistachio pudding cake with lemon curd blew my mind. I've never had vegan lemon curd, but I would love to have the recipe.

Service was great and timely, the atmosphere was classy and quiet, and our food was coursed out perfectly and SUPER delicious. Better than many non-veg restaurants I've been to! We ordered the Vedge experience, which is $65 for 3 courses and dessert.

Hands down the best vegan food I have ever had! No one in our group was vegan but we all agreed that this meal was amazing and shocked that it was all vegan. Every dish was incredible, especially the grilled tofu. It was wonderfully seasoned. The only item that wasn't great was the "cheese" dip with the pretzel app. There was a weird taste that I find a lot of vegan cheeses have. The restaurant decor is upscale and the staff is attentive. There is a happy hour during the week, however I did not go for happy hour so cannot speak about their happy hour menu. If you are looking for a vegan spot in the city, I would highly recommend this spot!

Everything is perfect here! The food is incredible, the drinks are well made, and the service is wonderful. The magic the chefs produce with rutabaga is profound.
